Hello All!
Just a couple quick updates for you. Letters for year end awards have been mailed out. Similar to last year, you will have a choice of your award for 2nd thru 5th place. 1st place winners will receive a trophy belt buckle. Please e-mail your award choice(s) to sd04director@yahoo.com by February 15th so we can get everything ordered. We are in the process of arranging an awards banquet; however, the date will depend upon when we expect to receive the trophy items. As soon as we have a date and place set, we will send out an e-mail and post the information on this site - so stay tuned!
There will be a winter Barrel Racing Series held at Foote Creek Stables in Aberdeen this year. There will be two double headers in February, March, April, and May. These runs will also be a fundraiser for our district with $2 from each run going to support the district's awards fund. Please support these runs if you can - remember, the more money we raise this way, the less chance that we will need to impose an awards fee. More information for these runs is on the Home Page.
We are starting to work on the NBHA SD04 schedule for 2010. Anyone interested in hosting a run can contact either Lynn (sd04director@yahoo.com) or Sara (csmoore@itctel.com).
